Yes, this Freshman got a 2 for 1 his first year by zoning his dorm room. We turned his desk so that it backed up to the head, or foot, of his bed which gave him a study area on one side and sleeping space on the other.
We repeated this again on the other side of the room for his roommate. They probably won’t admit this, but one of them will be happy when one is trying to sleep and the other is studying!
