I’m always finding inspiration everywhere! Cooking the other night, I was taken by the combination of colors in these vegetables. I thought I would share with you how to get started pulling furniture and accessories together to create your own unique space based on an inspiration. I’m keeping this brief, hoping you’ll get the picture from the examples, they say, “A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words.”
Create a “vision board” like the one below based on your inspiration colors, mine is from all the vegetables. Use neutrals for the walls & floor. Place all your bold colored pieces Evenly throughout your space, striking the perfect balance. Sprinkle in a few neutral pieces to give your eye a calm place to rest. These differences in color create interest and drama. Otherwise, nothing would stand out. It’s really about your eye and the feeling of a harmonious space.
